Black@ Meta is one of Meta's largest and most active Employee Resource Groups, supporting a global community of employees across regions and cultures. The rebrand focused on creating a unified identity system that celebrated the diversity of Black experiences while providing a flexible framework for regional chapters, events, and initiatives. Inspired by global flags, cultural symbolism, and geometric patterns, the visual language balanced local expression with a cohesive and recognizable brand presence across the organization.
