The NPE Residency Program was designed to support emerging talent and accelerate bold ideas within Meta's New Product Experimentation (NPE) organization. Created to foster innovation and creative growth in Nigeria, the identity combines inspiration from pattern-making, systems thinking, and game mechanics to reflect exploration, learning, and problem-solving. The resulting visual system established a distinctive program identity while remaining closely connected to the broader NPE brand architecture.
